American Home Life, Baltimore Life, American Amicable, AIG, Cica, Liberty Bankers, and MOO

I've heard that too. But their prices are just too high
You have to factor in consumer convenience also ...? Do other carriers have a user friendly phone based application system ..? They have to be better priced than Lincoln ..? And they do a lot of business ... how many people get conned into a "modified" plan with a 2 year wait from say Colonel Penn ..? It's not JUST price ...

You'd have to try pretty hard to find worse pricing than Lincoln Heritage. AmAm is competitive for smokers and/or people with psych issues. I replace them all the time, but also write them a bit. But if someone is a non-smoker and in excellent health, there are plenty of better options than AmAm.

It's not JUST price ... some people pay a lot extra for Starbucks ... some go to Dunkin ...

It is absolutely price. Customers don’t give one shit about the process.

Who’s getting conned by anyone?

The two most egregious actions I see are SL agents selling $10K with $10K AD&D and telling them they have $20K and the Americo quit smoking thing sold without explanation.

Are those con jobs?

Maybe? But both will be replaced as soon as they see an agent.

And there is a difference between donuts and coffee.

There’s no difference in whole life insurance except price.

Only people pimping overpriced whole life say differently.

But they don't want you in their house ... you forgot to mention Lincoln Heritage and their "guardians" horse sheet ...
