Don't know about United Ins. Group, but US Healthgroup used to sell Freedom Life major medical. I used to be licensed with Freedom life for a short while. They would turn down about 8 of 10 apps. They are crap in my opinion.

NO, American Republic has a paperless app it came out last summer.

Actually now they have a pc based interface where the agent can complete applications and send through internet (only available through Pinnacle)

Does AR still have the depiction of the humsanm body on their electronic app like they had on their paper apps? Also, do they still require every answer to be initialed by the client like on the paper apps?
