Anybody have experience with liberty bankers life?

I have an incredible contract with them but when I tried to call them several months ago I was on hold for an hr . Is it still like that ?Lol I just tried to call now and it hung up on me .What's the correct phone # for agent Support ?
Agent support line is: 800-731-4300
Sometimes I just use the customer service number (800-604-8002) and ask the operator for the right department.
Either way, they've had some issues with hold times since everyone's working from home. But I called them a couple weeks ago and was only on hold for a few minutes.

Many of these companies have seen a decrease in productivity at least in my experience with their employee workforce now at home.

but I'm very confident in Liberty Bankers compared to many others on the market.

I like these guys a lot! I would say their niches are that you can write FE from age 18 and up, they have a great EApp now, and they have nice riders you can add on. Also, they have true social security billing. They take things like cerebral palsy, lupus and Parkinson's LEVEL and they allow someone with a TIN to get coverage.

They changed up how they cover COPD, so I wouldn't consider them a 1st tier go-to company anymore, but they certainly have their place in your bag as an independent.

Good luck with everything!

So what your saying is lbl is not taking many types of inhalers as standard level ? Are you writing any copd with them ? If not who are you using CVS ?

Just assume LBL won't take COPD standard and use...

KSKJ
GCU

Assurant

Foresters also takes it and Trans (lol). Assurant won't take nubulizers but getting basically preferred on some copd is nice.I have Lbl in my bag but outside the occasional lupus ,parkinsons and young ages I don't have much use for them.
