Anyone having issues with Settlers Commission?

I will say, if I was winding down a company I would definitely recapture all outstanding advances before paying any other commissions. When you aren't accepting any new business, it is the smart thing to do. However, NGL is still accepting new business, and it is silly for them to pretend there is no connection between themselves and Settlers.

I have no problem with them clearing the balances but the tone of the letter was uncalled for. It shows that as much as they liked to try to convince you, you never were a "partner".. The company seemed to change for the worse from the time the ex Forethought people walked in.. Guess Bontell has two companies he has led out of the business.

I haven't been appointed with Settlers in some time, so I have not seen the letter. Would someone be kind enough to post a copy or send me one?

But yes, I bet the tone was tone-deaf.
