Anyone Heard of High Def Nation Health Insurance?

HIGH DEF ADVOCATOR! Maybe Shatner is available? Betty White?
Maybe they can get this guy... You'll never have to open all those unpaid bills alone.

I think what he's saying is, if they save you 65% off your bill, they will then charge you 35% of the 65%. Of course, I could be wrong and didn't click that link.

Ancillary PPO networks have operated like this for years. Multiplan got their start by aggregating small, regional networks and marketing them to TPA's and carriers as a "backup" to the primary network. Rather than a capitated fee they charge a percent of savings.

If the bill is $300 and they negotiate it to $100 the patient owes the provider $100 and the "advocate" $70

It is a group SPECIAL RISK plan which means it is a Limited Benefit Plan. The most common group Special Risk plans are the group accident plans that cover students..

Thank you, I appreciate your answer.

And to all, I guess I got my answers and this thread is done. I wish everyone good health and success and a great future. It's been a "slice' . :1cute:

So, are you going to sell hi-def or not?
If so, you might want to get a separate phone number and po box. The late night phone calls from crying clients won't be fun, and you'll need a separate mailbox for the lawyer letters.
