Just finished 4 of 7 appointments booked on Saturday. All sits so far. 2 apps. But one I wouldn't call a sit because I was there 30 seconds.

2 apps in a day sounds like a win to me. One day I need to learn a FE sales pitch.

Thanks!! I only had one no show. I had 5 apps. But 3 came from one appointment. I'm sure that won't happen to often. So I sold 3 homes out of the 7 schedule appointments. I will take it.

So you closed 50% of the homes you got into? That is a great average for anyone.

Thats awesome, but Id say the app to appt ratio is higher than 43% or even 50%. Its actually 71% app to sit ratio, that is beastly, great job.

May be poor at math but I don't do Arkansas reading.. He had one no show out of 7 appts. That means he got in 6 house.... 3 out of 6=50%
