Yes but as Katt Williams illustrates, the most important thing you can do before you even see your spouse in the morning is get up, walk in the bathroom, look in the mirror and ask "Just how the F are you doing today?"

You kidding me? I've written posts on this forum WHILE GIVING a presentation. I can do this in my sleep. Like muscle memory for the brain...My mind ALWAYS wanders
