Are MAPD Agent Websites Viable?

I know here are compliance issues so I cannot post specific plan info in my area, but I was looking for feedback about the viability of having a basic MAPD site, buying google ads and doing a blog to enhance the SEO stuff and being able to get a couple of leads/sales each month from the site. Have agents had much success going that route?

I'm starting to have success. I shifted my focus to MA and Medigap a few months ago.

You may need a more complex sales funnel than what you describe. 64-year-olds research for months before buying an MA policy.

AEP is different. You don't have to create a sense of urgency. The regs have done that for you. Once you build something that works during the rest of the year, it should be easy to make money during AEP.
