Senior life president talking about agencies stealing renewals. Not his imos of course. They get no overrides.
This video is just as comical. I am looking at a SLIC agent's commission schedule at this very moment. Supposedly, it is a 100% commission contract. We know that's not true, since the agent is required to sell a non-commissionable insurance product (Legacy) to the client in order to receive 100% on a Super Preferred or Preferred insurance product itself.
That's a whole other conversation. Back to his assertion in the video, there is not one insurance plan that pays this agent more than 0.75% after the 11th year. In fact, there is nothing that pays this agent more than 2.25% after the 6th year!
At the 5:20 mark he asks, "How can any agent, or agency manager retire on 1 or 2 percent renewals, especially after the 10th year?"
What is he talking about!!!?
