I've been on the Assurance platform for just about 1.5 years now, and one of the top agents since my 3rd month at the company. They have expanded my role and offered me to build a team of agents, whom I would personally train. Since I will still be producing as an agent, I am limiting my team size to 5 agents. If you are a highly qualified life agent, with a proven record of success making a minimum of 100K/yearly and are interested, please contact me.
There are no upfront costs. You must maintain your own state licensing. The company minimum is 10, but I will not entertain anyone coming on my team with less than 25 states.
