Best Final Expense lead providers?

I know I didn't include renewals. I was trying to be as generous to your position as possible, so I didn't factor them in. But if you insist...

Given that your $100k/year INCLUDES renewals from previous production, your top 10% (20 agents out of 200) are averaging well UNDER 100k/year in premium production, assuming you get a 5% override. Assuming a 10% override, they're averaging well UNDER $50k/year in production.

The math doesn't leave a lot of room for this to make sense...what am I missing?

The only thing your missing is this guy is a chronic liar.

He simply make things up. He probably believes his own lies.

He's been challenged to prove the facts as he states by many seasoned, veteran upline sand agents right here on this forum.

Crickets.

Ask him to post his 2020,2021 1099.

The $100k/year includes renewals that have accumulated over the years. Your math only shows over rides on 1st year commission, not any renewals. Averaging is the key word above. There's some solid producers averaged in with the agents that don't do zero.

But if no one up here believes this I could care less.

Your are correct. Most agents either do nothing or maybe write 1-2 apps per months. The ones that are plugged in fulltime with SL will write much more.

So, to be clear, if we look at the top 10% of your producers, the creme de la creme responsible for all your production, their average production is thoroughly unimpressive.

If I keep pressing you on this math, and you keep with this story, we're quickly going to end up at, "OK, there are really only like 4 people under me who write anything, and they're really plugged in big time producers."

From your story and the numbers alone, I can say with great certainty that you're lying. Anyone saying so is justified.

Carry on.

My team issued $143,369.04 for March. Takes a lot more than 4 producers to do that. If you think I'm lying suit yourself. About half of this production is with middle of the road producers.

Ever heard the saying, "when you find yourself in a hole, stop digging"?:1wink:

You already claimed you had one agent write $80K in March. So "middle of the road" producers wrote $63K? Which is far less than half!:goofy:

In the future, you need to stop including numbers with your story. They don't hold up to even a tiny bit of scrutiny.

One person writes 80k, the other 19 (since apparently 90% of 200 agents do literally nothing), have a little over 63k in production between them. But 50% is from "middle of the road producers," so who are these other "plugged in" producers who are too busy to verify any of this?

I'm actually not in a hole at all.

The $63k middle of the road producers could be:
1 agents issuing 10k
2 agents issuing 8k
1 agent issuing 7k
6 agents issuing 5k
which equals 10 agents issuing a total of $63k.
PLUS
1 agent issuing $80,292.00

That would be a total of $140k issued for the month with 11 agents: one superstar, 10 middle of the road, and 189 brokers who didn't write even one piece of business for March (even though they may have written an app in Feb or may write one in April).

Instead of saying 10% of the agents do 90% of the production, if would have been more accurate in this case to say 5% of the agents do 95% of the production.

Hopefully this makes it clearer for you.

Well, the girl who issued $80,292 would be one. A couple of agents had requested anonymity that came from this forum. And the rest don't really like this forum. I guess the reason I even come on here is because I'm the stubborn one.

$63K is not even close to half. And you bash our school systems?
