I'm actually not in a hole at all.


That would be a total of $140k issued for the month with 11 agents: one superstar, 10 middle of the road, and 189 brokers who didn't write even one piece of business for March (even though they may have written an app in Feb or may write one in April).

Instead of saying 10% of the agents do 90% of the production, if would have been more accurate in this case to say 5% of the agents do 95% of the production.

Hopefully this makes it clearer for you.
And out of 200 agents, what does this suggest about your skills, qualifications and abilities as a Leader/Manager?

In 3 1/2 quickest agent to get to $1 million of income ever with Sl.He was interviewed by Cody Askins .He admits he didn't get into ins to sell . He got into it as a scalable business to recruit and overide . He was bragging how he went to Costa Rica for a yr and his income was the same .

David is a beast. You're correct. He is the 1st agent to ever do that. And he did it being 100% with Sr life. He didn't need several carriers to do this. He pretty much has out worked everyone so far. You're correct. David has spanked us all.

And no I'm not embarrassed. Why would I be embarrassed? I'm pretty successful and doing very well, house paid for, no debt, $$$ parked in different places, several thousands a month coming in without me having to write a policy. I'm sure you are in a similar position considering your longevity in this industry. It's nice isn't it? And I've also done this being with one carrier, Sr Life, didn't need several other carriers.

All any agent needs is 20+ fresh exclusive leads each week, a great work ethic, doesn't get off balanced is the leads are cooler than normal or hotter than normal, be with a carrier that pretty much issues every policy as applied for, and sticks with it. An agent doing this will be pretty much successful with any group and any carrier.

Everyone knows that maybe 90% quit their 1st year, doesn't matter who their leader/manager/upline/carrier is. I would have thought you knew that.
 
Boys, I've enjoyed the verbal sparring. But I must step away from this forum and get back to work and stay focused. That's where the money and satisfaction is at. Certainly not up here.

What you really mean is 90% of the agents who you recruit,manage quit on you once they find out that you're FOS.

Do you think you can convince people that 90% of new FEX agents quit in their first year ?
