I don't make up info to bash Kentucky's school system. Google will tell you if you search it. And yes, I know no one on this great planet can help what country, state, city, income, social status, family , etc they were born in.

I'm actually not in a hole at all.

The $63k middle of the road producers could be:
1 agents issuing 10k
2 agents issuing 8k
1 agent issuing 7k
6 agents issuing 5k
which equals 10 agents issuing a total of $63k.
PLUS
1 agent issuing $80,292.00

That would be a total of $140k issued for the month with 11 agents: one superstar, 10 middle of the road, and 189 brokers who didn't write even one piece of business for March (even though they may have written an app in Feb or may write one in April).

Instead of saying 10% of the agents do 90% of the production, if would have been more accurate in this case to say 5% of the agents do 95% of the production.

This is EXACTLY what I was talking about. You made up a story (10% doing 90%) and gave numbers. You got pressed on the numbers, had to change the story to keep it alive and now you're exactly where I predicted. "OK, I only have a like 4 people who really produce and they're super plugged in."

But even that doesn't work, because in the hypothetical you made up on the fly to keep the dream alive, there is only 1 agent putting up numbers anyone would call good.

Your bank account has nothing to do with all this great training you claim to do. You use your training as your recruiting pitch. But you haven't trained even one producer in 14 years of recruiting and training.
