Best Go to Carrier

I'm not worried about getting replaced writing United Heritage (my first-year persistency after 9 months is 99.3% with United Heritae).
*************
Wow....to have a 99.3% persistency, you would have had to write a ton of cases! Even losing 1 of 100 cases, your persistency would be 99%.

Ahh, but are they in Florida?

Ok James, Have you put any Insulin Dependedant Type 1 Clients with Transamerica for PREFERRED?

According to the underwriting guide, this is doable.

I have not. I am pulling out the guide now to see what your talking about. You can go standard but to my knowledge not preferred.

I looked it up in the guide and don't see where it says you can get preferred wroth insulin use.

Can you point me in the direction

Forget trans for insulin. Have to be off it for 2 yrs or its standard. That's there one weak spot. With so many people on depression meds how did you write so much 5 star. At least snl is very flexible. Agent 5 will you still write 5 star?

Humalog and Humulin Over 2 years-Preferred

My two goto companies are Mutual of Omaha and Transamerica.
Mutual of Omaha will take insulin diabetics as long diagnosed after age 50.
They do not have a phone interview and pay on issue. I wrote a case last Monday 12-29-14 and the client received the policy the following Monday 1-5-15.
That is their typical turn around time. They have become more friendly on underwriting than their were in the past.
