I am trying to cancel one today. What is the best way to get this form to them? Seems like getting a fax number is impossible.

Have "your client" call the number for customer service, have them say their date of birth, say their policy number and a rep will come on the line. Instruct "your client" to say that they now have a friend doing their insurance. They will give up the fax number right away. That's the best answer I can offer at the moment! Hope that helps!

I've considered going into geicos website, purchasing a cheap state min policy with an effective date 21 days in the future, then calling back to flat cancel and asking for fax number.
In fact, I think I'll do that this week.
