BestInsurance.com is for Sale.

I haven't. I work on the leads collection processes, so I can sell leads instead of traffic. I will also add a CRM so agents can buy some leads as well, but it will not be a "next week" thing. Maybe web development is something not difficult for someone, but I have 98 database tables so far and job isn't even 50% completed.

If someone can put up a site, optimize it and generate leads from it, they will make more money replicating that success with other websites than they will ever selling them insurance.

Not if were talking about app requests. Average time I spend selling an app request beginning to end is only about 30min to an hour, one hour if they are a hassle. The average commission is conservatively $1000 (conservative life case). A life insurance affiliate agreement pays $45 average for a life insurance app request. 1 in 4 of these on average convert.

Is that 30-60 minutes of handholding worth the extra $800, not to mention building a brand name and making more money off referrals and such?

What I am saying is if you can generate 10 leads a day, then if you replicate that on a 2nd , 3rd site etc etc, you will make more than selling those leads insurance.
