You already knew most of the information that I PMed you with.
I didn't know 1 single piece, that does matter. Thank you so much for the info.

Make the site more profitable and get a loan based on the income if necessary.
I don't need a loan, if I be able sell leads.

Got a simple solution for you. You keep saying you are not an insurance agent. I made a spreadsheet not long ago where I added up the cost of being licensed in every state (I'm licensed in about the 30 most populated) Care to guess what it cost? About $5300 every 2 years. Get licensed in every state or atleast in the top 30 which will give you almost 90% of the American population, buy e and o and set up a simple CRM. I use spreadsheets because frankly they are better than even the best CRM I've ever used, but thats a matter of opinion.

You have a site creating leads, why bother selling them to an affiliate link for pennies?

It is exactly the reason why I bought it 1.5 years ago. I wanted to collect leads and to sell them. But insurance industry is much different than any other industries. "Payday loan" companies buy any volume of leads, even if you have 1 lead per month, they simply don't care about the volume. With insurance companies you:
a) have to generate minimum of 30K leads per month in order to get connected to the "network"
b) OR have your own retail network, it means, have all of you, guys, subscribed and buying leads.

If I was an insurance agent, I could sell insurance for the leads gathered in my area, and resell leads which are out of my area, but I'm not an insurance agent. As I told once, if someone expresses a desire to buy leads - please let me know, I'm more than happy to multiple my income.

It is not true, and seems like you don't understand why. If it could be that simple, why I don't put in $500 into SEO to get bestinsurance.com on "best car insurance" and "best auto insurance" terms on top #1-#3 in Google?

Hey, Pangaea, I will pay you $1500/mo if you rank bestinsurance.com #1-#3 on "best car insurance" and "best auto insurance" terms in Google.

At least something proves that I don't lie. :)

You have to explain why I'm wrong. If you are right - I will admit it.

Why you don't spend $800, get something better and stop market these insurance guys for the SEO work you do? Accept my offer above. You will be able to get 2 of "better than bestinsurance.com" every month and will buy a luxury car just in 1 year.

No... I'm really not going to do the insurance business itself. At least not in next 5 years. I feel much better in a "solution provider" suit. I am interested to build a CRM as it is related to the area of my expertise. Once I come closer to the development phase, would you like to help me define business requirements and logic telling me why your excels are much better than the best CRMs?

This is exactly why I stopped selling SEO services.

Because I'm very computer proficient,
CRM's, and I have used some of the best, are to make things more user friendly. Put about 3 tabs seperating your cases into the different stages prospect/underwriting/paid and keep notes, phone numbers and email addresses in their appropriate column, easy to read, easy to modify and it data can be extracted for running email campaigns and such quite easily.

If someone can put up a site, optimize it and generate leads from it, they will make more money replicating that success with other websites than they will ever selling them insurance.

It is very difficult to replicate the success in the same niche. In reality there is extreme scarcity of top #1 positions in SERP. You can try to replicate the success in different niches. But it is more than a fulltime job by itself. I find it strange when people say how easy they can do this kind of stuff. I'm in this business for 12 years, I learn new things absolutely every day, and quite often I find out that I missed some very important stuff.
