Well this topic grabbed my interest, but I too, wonder if the OP will return to let us know what they think now that the 'hive' has had a chance to respond.

I contact a lot of agents via phone as well as potential clients and I gotta say, I haven't heard too many captive agents sound happy about it. They'd all like to be independent but don't wanna lose their books. If you'd like help becoming independent we can help you do that.

haha i don't see how this is any more of a "marketing ploy" than some of the other things i have read on posts. if you can explain then by all means but saying good things and offering help can't be considered marketing any more than your bashing can be considered libel.

i did and it's not like i'm complaining about all my posts being deleted, it's the few that weren't even advertising. in the rules of this forum it clearly states that you can advertise a company if it's relevent to the thread. i haven't been posting on any threads that aren't. some of my posts had the right to be deleted; however not all of them. i'm not making a thing about it but how can the moderator delete every post just because two of them were blatantly marketing when it spells out otherwise in the rules? i'm not trying to argue with anyone because whether you take advantage of what i'm offering or not, i like the forum. you guys crack me up, i'm just saying about 50% of what was deleted was for bs reasons.

You sound like a young marketing guy that is ready to show the world how you have the best wigget. Cool! But you need to remember this is a house filled with very experienced wigget users and vendors.

As the FNG, chill! Relax! If you have something of value they will come. Hell, a lot of the new agents will come anyway. Reset.
