When Jackass stunts get their own ICD codes, you know they're going a bit too far.

I can't think of any other way you get burned by water-skis on fire.

Maybe there is an ICD-10 code for "water skis on fire while skiing on water contaminated with an oil spill".

Heads up. Exchange clients are getting emails from the marketplace stating they have a "message" waiting for them. It's a 6 page letter telling them to revisit their health plan during OEP. 2 of the pages in different languages in case you want to brush up on them.

Does anyone have the "Premium as a Percentage of Income" figures for 2016?

I have the updated FPL numbers, but the percentages increased slightly for 2015 and I assume will change again for 2016.

"The Obama administration on Thursday announced a goal of having 10 million people signed up for ObamaCare coverage next year, fewer than a million more than are enrolled this year.

Hitting the goal would be an increase of just 900,000 people from the 9.1 million people that the administration expects will be enrolled at the end of this year.

The goal of 10 million sign-ups is far below a Congressional Budget Office projection in June that 20 million people would be signed up in 2016."
