Changes from 2015 to 2016... Rules, Premiums, Plans, Exchanges, Etc.

I moved from 7 to 10 and so far no problem. Normally I don't upgrade this soon after a new version comes out but it was free so I cautiously took advantage.

Probably the browser, not the OS. At least that's what my resident guru says.

The problem is, many only work in IE, and since Win10 has a new version of IE and can't run the old version, you're a bit screwed. From what I can tell, they don't appear to work in "compatibility mode" either.

If they work in Firefox/Chrome/Opera/Safari, it's no biggie.

Win10's Edge in emulation mode (key F12) is really fast on govt sites, including the Portal MLNLNM.

Any chance you used it with AMS360 or the Traveler's portal? Those are the ones I've seen the most issues with concerning browser choice.

Hartford is picky too. I know it's the P&C side, but we do a bit of everything.

Sorry Ray... have not used Edge with those sites. Works really well in it's native (non-emulation) mode on Health Insurance portals, and this forum, however.

I'm really surprised by this. Good luck recovering the money. A clawback on those making 137% FPL May affect a lot of your clients.

Some Medicaid users are inadvertently getting marketplace tax credits
By Virgil Dickson | September 30, 2015
The CMS has sent letters to Medicaid consumers (PDF) who received tax credits to purchase insurance through the Affordable Care Act marketplace.

The agency says these people will have to terminate marketplace coverage and pay back the amount of the credit they've received.

The issue exists in states that used the the federal marketplace, HealthCare.gov, not those living in state-based exchanges.

OK, someone want to explain why they differentiate a state exchange vs hc.gov?
