Cheapest VOIP Carrier?

I am using Skype. For $2.99 a month I can call any mobile phone or land line is the US.

Skype is awesome for relatively low usage, but for putting together something like a call center you need a sip termination provider. Skype would lose a lot of money otherwise

I have a flat bundled rate with my dialing system that includes unlimited calling, I'm shopping around to see what are some other options though

I use 8x8 and have 4 phones (3 unlimited 1 metered) 1 fax, auto-attendant, and a variety of other features. $130.00 per month, phones were $99.00 a piece. Great mobile app, phones are portable but with the app that's not necessary. Free video conferencing included. I'm very pleased with call quality and features.
