Just pay the $20 a month so you can get support. If free...you get what you pay for.

As someone that knows a LOT about installing and maintaining the free CRM's, pay for radiusbob.com. The support and them doing maintenance is worth the 20 bucks. They also give a discount for iliaa and other memberships, brings the price down a bit.
