The number of years ahead are not as many as the 40+ behind me . . . dealing with all kinds of shit from carriers.

I have found it more productive to move ahead vs tilting at carrier windmills.

Living in the past never works. Your "yute" and inexperience gives you the idea you can win this battle.

The last time I went to battle with a carrier became a 2 year battle that cost me $50k in legal fees that I never recovered.

So have at it!

Some of the guys on here aren't considering the deep pockets.

Carriers can wait until you give up or walk away from the fight. If they decide to fight back, they can sink you if you choose to engage in a legal pissing match.

When I went to battle I lost a 6 figure income almost overnight. Rather than fighting, I should have moved on and started rebuilding. As it happened, it took 15 months to replace my lost income and my battle with the carrier was just beginning.
