Thanks Life Hawk. I really should have tried that so I wouldn't have to drive back out again for nothing.

The manager claims (I don't know the rationale) that it's better to set appointments for MP but with FE they always try to get in the door now.

However, with the number of door knocks I've done and the number of apps I've written from Door knocks I may just try this for efficiency sake.

Do not get distracted by shiny objects.

It is best to pick a lane. I've been doing a lot of annuities. Starting to get a bunch of referrals as my peeps are telling friends and family how I "saved" their retirement money. Sometimes, life conspires to make you look like a genius.

All of my leads are within 15 minutes or less of my office and home, and the local muni is halfway between my home and my office.

Life is good.

They closed the golf course today.

Life sucks.

im going to keep going door to door

so far people are still opening and agreeing to meet.

only had two people refuse to meet in person. So one of those I tried to do phone consult. Didn't go so well when he kept trying to rush me to give him a quote AND when he got annoyed because i recommended final expense options (because his age and health wouldn't qualify him for MP) .....I still need more training in phone sales.

I got 2 appointments set for tomorrow from 2 hours of door knocking today.

in the mean time I do need to figure out a phone sales solution to supplement f2f just in case
