Almost all the other payments were messed up in various ways, I know this payment will not be made by kroll, which I think is good news.
I have found the values on the web site to be accurate, so the checks or ach deposits should be accurate.

For those of us that have polices that exceed what the Guarantee Association will pay, so far I've had zero luck contacting anyone who will tell me how to begin the process for filling those claims. Anyone else in the same boat?

Did anyone get a letter from CB Life these past few days? I see the picture of one coming in my USPS informed delivery but haven't received it yet. Been having some trouble with my mail delivery.

I got my CBL letters 10 days ago. There are two documents for each policy, one of which needs to be notarized. Complete the documents making sure you fill in all of the little boxes that are easily missed. Attach the policy with the forms and mail back (certified) to CBL.
I talked to my Guaranteed Association folks yesterday and they said hopefully checks will start to be cut mid to late December, but of course it being the holiday season it may be even longer
They also said that any policies that are in excess of what they pay will be automatically sent in for a claim against any proceeds. We dont need to do anything. Ill hold my breath on that one

who ever sold you this POS should help close it, they got paid well, thats my plan

I have a feeling that at least in my state, this process is going to a long one.

Also waiting to see how long it takes for the NCDOI site to change the status from in rehabilitation to in liquidation. I'll take the over for at least 1 week.

RE the post below: so you received your letters directly from CBL, not from your state guaranty association?
