Insurance Mogul Lindberg's Suit Over Asset Receivership Tossed

A Florida federal judge shot down a lawsuit brought by disgraced billionaire Greg Lindberg against North Carolina’s Department of Insurance over the receivership of his assets.

So the two options for this SGA payment is surrender or exchange of the annuity. Does exchange mean rolling the payment into an existing annuity or can you also start a new annuity with the payment money?

Talking to my Insurance Guaranty Association today, they said things are still a bit challenging, and they expect that AMR will start cutting checks at the beginning of January. Also, a new portal should be open soon so we can see any progress.

They had 3 months to do this. Now it looks like 4 months before anything will happen. Another long drawn out nightmare that may never end.

The recording when calling CB Life said mailings would start on December 15, so another lie.

I imagine everyones patience is at an end, and being effed around in the courts for 5 years, while lindberg is pumping out kids.

The new CBL portal is up. It really doesn't show anything different than the old portal. No mention of distribution of funds from the liquidation
