Royal Neighbors of America, no contest. They always bend over backwards for you and the client. If they can legally and ethically do it, they will.

I like Federal.
I have never found a company that does better with customer service (both agent and client) than Columbian has done for me. I have gotten a little careless with apps lately and several mistakes that other companies would have required me to go back to the client prior to issue, Columbian has let me handle it by phone, email or amendment to be signed at delivery. On the FE side, have had them issue the policy the same day I uploaded the application. Recently, on a request for additional information, they issued the policy 15 minutes after I uploaded the info.

American Amicable trumps any other FE carrier when it comes to service for both Agents and Clients.

There are several I have dealt with for years. If I had to pick one - United Heritage. Underwriting, Marketing, new business, Client services and claims.
RNA and SNL have been pretty good for me also. Transamerica? I don't know I am still on hold, have been since 1999.

When your client has a new bank account with a new routing, what does amam require?
What does rna require?
RNA will allow it all to be done via phone. AmAm requires wet signatures on paper forms to execute such a change.
What about AmAm makes you think they provide better service than RNA?
