Competing With Disability Carriers Regarding Lump Sum Buyouts

I'm a former executive within the insurance industry and developed a concept to open the disability lump sum buyout market by competing with carriers. I have vetted the idea with the NAIC and New York state insurance department without any opposition based upon current regulations. Im curious if there would be an interest from the sales side in referring clients on claim with life as well. Our offers will likely be in excess of 55-65% of the claim reserve typically offered. Of course, we will compensate case referrals annually based on the duration we agree to buy. If anyone has an interest in generating additional revenue let me know.
