You definitely don't want to put your email on your website or in the on page code (such as JavaScript), but a captcha is overkill.
When your website matures and gets more traffic, you will probably get some spam. You may get a lot of it.
You can at that time add an easy challenge instead of a normal captcha. This will stop most spam but won't block you from getting leads.
