I created an unofficial chart using Excel and select data from some big name companies and some lesser known ones to help the client see ranges/trends. I shared it with a client most recently to demonstrate that his current term carrier has a terrible dividend history so while he's fine with his cheap term I'm explaining up front why their illustration is going to look better than reality and I can sell him any of the best companies on the chart.
