I have a list of names, cities/towns and birth dates for several individuals. I need their phone numbers for each.

I would like to know if there is a service where if I provided that information, is there any way they can provide me with the phone numbers of these folks?

I guess I could start going through the White Pages but I think we have a major reduction in land line usage so the phone numbers might be in the form of a cell phone. This is an attempt to contact individuals not businesses.

Any ideas or names of firms who specialize in this would be much appreciated.

Virtually any list company can append phone numbers to a list. Your match rates may be very low and there will be a minimum charge, so it may be an expensive solution for "several individuals".

Try USA People Search. They charge a fee but are the best at providing the name, address, DOB and phone number.
