What is it you need to explain to someone on the other end?

Anything from how to turn their computer on to saving a file to whatever. Could be just about anything. People explain stuff to me all the time from carriers and such when I do different things.

All the things you computer geeks just take for granted.

It's like my iPhone. LOVE IT! Easiest thing in the world. HOWEVER my GF has a DROID and she doesn't even know how to pick up my phone to make a call. I finally figured out how to do that with hers.

If I'm using a Droid and most of the people on the other end are too, that's good. People on the other end with a MAC can usually figure it out.
