DM Leads--NEVER Home, NEVER Answer?

I used almost a pad of them. The only thing it accomplished for me was pissing people off. Never got a sale using them. If you want what I've got left, text me your address and I'll send them to you.

I usually forget about them. Probably have only used 10. Had two call back in one afternoon and both said to come on over (yes I answered and told them what it was for. )

One I went back and sold. The other I didn't even go back because the house was too ratty for me. Looked like American Pickers had already got all the good stuff.

None of the other ones have ever called back.

I'm surprised at you Scott. I would have thought if they knew what it was for and agreed to meet, you would have offered to buy them a burger at McDonalds; just as long as they bring you a voided check. You could have had a twofer.

Yeah, I'll bet you take those ratty houses all day. They sent in a card, called him from a delivery notice, and said to come on over after he told them what it was for!!!! After reading his post again I realize that's a 10% return on what he put out there. Might not want to forget about putting them out. I'll have to go to the website to see about ordering some.

They agreed that I could come over but had a bad attitude. I remembered the house. Four window air conditioners hanging out windows on the front side of the house. And a yard heaped with piles of trash. Mountains of trash.

I do think JD could have gone in there and sold them something. But it was late and I'd already had a pretty good day and I wasn't ready to see the disfunction inside of that place. I'm not as hungry as I once was.
