I got a DM card from Senior Life a while back. They were touting their Super Duper Preferred rates and it said that if you're taking any prescriptions to not bother sending the card back. Maybe you could have them put "IF YOU'RE A MIDGET DON'T BOTHER SENDING THE CARD BACK IN!" on the card.
