Doctors Revolt...!

Actually, a good nurse practitioner may be better than a lot of doctors. Because someone is a CFP doesn't make than a better financial person or even more knowledgeable than someone who is not. In fact if all you have is an infection or a sprain a nurse practitioner may be all one needs.

I have to concur. When the kids had symptoms of strep, we bypassed our normal family doc and saw the NP and we were much happier with that experience than with our doctor, who by the way we are very pleased with. If something major comes up like an odd colored mole, I will insist on a medical doctor, but for the most common reasons we visit our doctors, I will ask for our NP!

I had to close my nose when I wrote them. My pitch was enjoy it while it lasts it won't last forever.

I would tell people the exact same thing, enjoy it while it lasts. It's here now and nobody knows exactly what the future holds. What we do know is that MA has a target on it's back and it's only a one year contract.

I would rather not sell MA at all, but the forces of competition compel me too.
