Does ANYONE Know What's Up with Health Sherpa?

Excellent Ning. Thanks for confirming, no more 3-ways to HC.gov, starting this coming Friday. We'll be back to the normal smooth sailing with Health Sherpa! I hope your Agent Support Specialist is enjoying her well deserved vacation.

Online SEP Enrollments are Back!

No more 3-way calls with the Marketplace!

•SEPs: Works for all Special Enrollment Period reasons.
•Rapid: Online, on-exchange enrollments in less than 5 minutes.
•Proven: Over 150,000 members enrolled so far in 2015.
•Affordable: No setup or fixed fees, pay only for successful application submission.
•Complete: Branded website, full CRM and automated eligibility verification followups.

-end

Looks like the fee is $10 per app. Much better than the original $25.

Thank you for forwarding the email, Allen :-)! I also wanted to mention that the first 5 applications are free for new agents that sign up. As always, let us know at [email protected] what features and changes would improve your production. We'll be rolling out a few new products as well in the next few weeks - announcements forthcoming.

Ning,

Pardon me if this has been posted and I missed it, but quick question.

Have you guys had any success/resolution/insight with the issue of NPN's getting stripped on APTC redeterminations on WBE submitted FFM apps?

Thanks.

Hello all! This is Ning. Sorry about the out of office - one of our support team members is indeed out until 7/17, but everyone else is here. To confirm, we will go live with SEP enrollments on 7/10. We'll also be releasing a few other things in the next month or two, will make announcements as they come up. Thanks!

Ning

It would be nice if NING (Health Sherpa) or KENNY (ACA Express) would visit the forum again this Open Enrollment to keep us up-to-date.

Not much to say, CMS is allowing (or more accurately will be once they launch this aspect) enrollment without redirect under most circumstances. CMS has not yet specified when it will launch though all are told "soon"

Dont go shooting me, I can only relay what I have been communicated to and my involvement in day to day operations this year is not what it was in prior years.
