I agree, especially in this case. I just completely misunderstood what was wanted in this case until I got on the forum and read it. I'm so glad the agent posted about it and we were able to get it corrected.

Next time, I hope, I'll listen a little more carefully!

I was updated today that this case is now corrected. The POS interviews are definitely to be considered as the final underwriting decision on how the policies will be issued.

Did they issue an amendment on it?

Just wanted to quickly post an update. My upline called and left a message that 5 Star is going to issue as Preferred. Thanks Todd...

I never hesitate to recommend Todd to anybody.

No, there won't be any need for an amendment. They'll just re-issue the policy as preferred and dismiss the graded one.

Todd, I like the fact that you stepped up to the plate and "outed" yourself! It's refreshing to see someone admit to a mistake and not pass the buck!

I have no problem with that. I'm not perfect and neither is anybody else. I would rather admit my mistake and take care of it. I see too many people that just won't back down when they are at fault. Doesn't make sense to me. It's a sign of closed-mindedness.

If you're wrong, admit it! Makes the world spin a little easier.
