EFES or Securus in Pittsburgh Area

LH is as good as the IMO. Just like any other IMO, In Pittsbugh, it is the Miles group, they are non-captive. The rates are a little higher, but you can place anyone. If you need training, and lead financing, check them out. LH gets a bad rap, here. Check things out yourself.

LH gets the rap they deserve. Just as every other company.

I am replacing a 4 yr old LH policy tomorrow. I'll be saving the lady $3 a month and she is getting back about $700 in CV.

I'm replacing on a guy that he has had for 5 years. The premium is about $2 less per month and he has almost $800 cv coming to him.

You would think that stuff wouldn't be possible if you didn't see it for yourself.

I don't run into LH as much as you and Scott but they are great to come across...

So for 2 and 3 dollars a month. You started your clients 2 year, contestabilty period all over again? Once the client finds that out, you will loss them back to LH.

1. JD works KY and if the replacement takes place there, there is no new contestable period.

2. What good would it for the client to return to LH? If there is a new contestable period on teh policy that JD wrote, there would also be one on a new LH policy or a reinstated LH policy. The client would be paying more money for nothing.

3. Contestability is only a problem if the insured does not reveal the truth on the application.

I think he was suggesting it would be reversed. If not, no way.

I always poison the well any way.
