Demonstration plans and standard MA plans are two very different critters. What are you basing your statement that "Medicare is happy with the results" on?

As I've been looking into this topic I've found out that through blessing of Medicare several companies have initiated test projects to study feasibility of MA & ESRD to improve public health services.

Example, Scan Health Care has partnered up with Da Vita and currently is accepting MA Beneficiaries with ESRD. So far, Medicare is happy with the results.

Hope you don't plan on selling SCAN. They have severely limited the number of independent agents they work with. Actually, they are a pain in the ass to certify and not terribly helpful to agents with questions.
