Petey just name the IMO already. You have no way of knowing or proving that the IMO has never given anyone under 120%. But if you will just name him at least all the agents will know where to go for 120% and that will raise the bar for everyone.

What I'm reading here is a dispute about 5% on one company's contract for a starting agent. Why is it wrong for an IMO to post that they offer "good contracts with the top quality companies" but nobody cares when someone writes " best Direct Mail and Telemarketing FE Leads on the planet "? Which one is "hype"?

Seems there's a lot of pot calling the kettle black here. Something about glass houses also comes to mind.

I don't recall any hype from Scott about anything yet he's getting attacked for his full disclosure of his upline. And I agree that spam email drives me crazy. If I can't get the spammer to stop I just go to my account and block them.

If you move your contract for 5% on one contract you deserve what you'll get elsewhere. I get high contracts for Medicare supplements because I've earned them. But I've never gone contract shopping or cared what a street level might be.

The more I read threads in the Final Expense forum the happier I am that I don't sell that product. It obviously causes agents to lose touch with reality.

I think I have it figured it out. Some agents have no choice but to settle for less than 120% with TA because they are slaves to Newby.

While I don't necessarily disagree, but seriously, 5%? Do you feel the same way about agents hyping their leads and lists as being the great thing since sliced bread?

I had my first Trans contract with NGFG before they merged with Gordon Marketing for 120% with no proof of production. That was their street level at the time.

When I asked for a release, they sent me a bill for "contracting fees" even though I had put over 20K of AP with them. Real crooks! They harassed the crap out of me and only stopped emailing me when the merger started happening.

Sometimes, ya get what ya paid for!

Actually "full disclosure" would be your actual name and which IMO offers 120% to new agents. Otherwise you've told us nothing.
