Not arguing, just correcting wrong info. 1. We don't have two main agents. We have hundreds of agents. Any agent that sees brighter stars somewhere else is always free to go. No one has ever been captive with us. 2. We have the highest minimum commissions in the FE market. Bar none. I've asked you a dozen times to prove it wrong but you just dance and duck. There are others who do the same but no one higher that I'm aware of. Or you either. 3. At least half of our agents have only one or two companies with us. They are brokered agents and agencies. They don't want leads, training, or anything but a higher contract. Sorry if you missed that. 4. If Carrier is giving 115% to some agents and 120% to others and 135% to others how is that any different than Fex, Todd King or 360. That's what everyone does. We are just more transparent than most about what the minimums are. And that makes agents happy and people with ulterior motives not so happy I guess. 5. The poster that got 115% seems normal to me. If you provided an agency that gives 120% as their minimum (which is what your whole claim is about) why did he get 115%? Petey, your whole motive is to come on here and hide behind a screen name and try to throw stones at IMOs. I get that. But you are terrible at it. You keep making statements like you are going to review your super IMO but you never do. Why don't you redeem yourself with your big 135% and give everyone a 130? That would win you some fans and give you some credibility at the same time. Get er done!

Newby, I agree with you on this one, if someone hates spamming that much move on, some people on here are just such prima donnas.

However you tend to put your foot in your mouth with your long winded defensive posts, I would just give a short classy answer instead of having jerry springer hair pulling fights in public.

These types of attacks are a reason I'm one of the only IMOs that regularly posts on here now. If you notice Todd, Brad, Chris Westfall and others rarely post anymore.

Anyone can come on behind a screen name and say anything. And once they drag you in if you don't respond you look like there is truth in their attacks.

But I agree with you. And I'll try to keep the responses short and if not always classy at least this side of Jerry Springer.

To be fair, the other IMO's you mention don't recruit on here like you do. When you recruit on an open forum, you should expect to have "discussions" on an open forum. If you say something that isn't "quite right" on an open forum, you should expect to be called on it on an open forum.

You got to a point last year where probably half of your posts were recruiting. You've toned it down now, but you still recruit more than anyone else on here.

With that being said, I think you're one of the most knowledgeable and probably the best "all around" poster on the Forum......when you're not recruiting.

I have nothing bad to say about Newby. But as you say he's by far the worst recruiter violator on this board . The other imo's aren't on here recruiting that's why they're hardly on here. He's got good info when he's not recruiting. I could care less were agents get there contracts as I have no skin in the game.Newby you sir have a financial interest in recruiting. I bet 95% of your agents have come from this board .

I don't know what all this means but this was in the last 5 minutes. You know as well as everyone else you have posted many time "FEX has the best recruiting calls, we have Tim Winders, JD, and BLAH BLAH BLAH"

Dude you won the argument but then you posted saying you don't recruit which is humorous at the least.

Most on the forum don't care because of all the great posts you have, but brother please, saying you don't recruit is like saying JG and I don't pimp our leads.
