I'm at 135% with trans and I worked my a** off to get it and negotiated hard.Since you're so open why not run down the list of all your carriers and give us all the levels you're at.You're pissed of because you've bragged for months to list one imo who gives any street contract higher than yours. That is true, I know of another IMO that I was offered 120% with....but Im not gonna throw their name out here, I have my trans with 360 so I am good. So that makes at least 2 that I know of

Does anyone know how the Northern California market might be for these? I am 45 min from San Francisco, 30 min from Oakland, 30 min from Napa, and 45 min from Suckramento

I am basically in the center of all that. A lot of these areas are probably higher income/more sophisticated clients who probably have these financial issues taken care of already.

Looks like you need to keep looking. There's already a poster saying he got a 115% with them. Maybe the IMO will come on and clear it up and verify what his minimum is.

Street is whatever your minimum is. He'll everyone gives out 120's 130's and 140's. But you still haven't produced an IMO that gives 120% as their minimum street.

I know for a fact you've said on here many times you have no interest in the agent who wants to put one contract with you and do 1 policy a yr. Look at carriers web site . It clearly states he gives out above street level contracts to anyone and can't post them. So any person 1/2 breathing and reads that will just say"I want my above street contract" and he'll say ok .The poster if he got 115% is retarded .Part of being a good agent is knowing the levels of compensation out there.

Not arguing, just correcting wrong info.

1. We don't have two main agents. We have hundreds of agents. Any agent that sees brighter stars somewhere else is always free to go. No one has ever been captive with us.

2. We have the highest minimum commissions in the FE market. Bar none. I've asked you a dozen times to prove it wrong but you just dance and duck. There are others who do the same but no one higher that I'm aware of. Or you either.

3. At least half of our agents have only one or two companies with us. They are brokered agents and agencies. They don't want leads, training, or anything but a higher contract. Sorry if you missed that.

4. If Carrier is giving 115% to some agents and 120% to others and 135% to others how is that any different than Fex, Todd King or 360. That's what everyone does. We are just more transparent than most about what the minimums are. And that makes agents happy and people with ulterior motives not so happy I guess.

5. The poster that got 115% seems normal to me. If you provided an agency that gives 120% as their minimum (which is what your whole claim is about) why did he get 115%?

Petey, your whole motive is to come on here and hide behind a screen name and try to throw stones at IMOs. I get that. But you are terrible at it. You keep making statements like you are going to review your super IMO but you never do.

Why don't you redeem yourself with your big 135% and give everyone a 130? That would win you some fans and give you some credibility at the same time. Get er done!
