Equitable Life & Casualty PHI Closing at Random Times!!

Just need to vent I guess. Anyone else dealing with this nonsense? Yesterday they were closed for over 2 hours during the middle of the day for a "meeting". I just called to do a teleapp at 3:30 PM EST and I get the "we are closed call back later" voicemail. What the heck??
