Fex Contracting or the Insurance Squad

Insurance squad ... especially for someone brand new.

I agree. A number of folks doing $5k to $10k per week or more right out of the gate. Teaches a simple, straight-forward presentation, appointment setting & door knocking as a potent 1-2 punch to maximize the return on your leads is taught and encouraged.

In the end, however, it will be the individual agent's work ethic that makes or breaks one in this business. For July and August, I was very part time due to my dad's health. I only wrote a bit over $6K in July (for all of July) and I wrote around $8K in August (for all of August). I got back to it full time this week and I'm sitting right at $8K for the week. But that is four full days in the field, including two nights working past 8 PM. And I blanked on one of those days no less. Buy leads, be coachable/teachable/educable by someone who has him- or herself gone out and wrote big numbers, and, most importantly, go to work to work, and you will know very quickly whether this is for you or if you should turn off your lead order, settle up, and look for something else.

I would suggest that the OP ask to speak to at least one or two full-time producing agents who have been trained up by whomever she is considering to hire as her upline. That really should carry more weight than anything any of us could say.

My own view, since you asked, would be this: If you are in a position to commit to a weekly lead order of 25 to 30 DM leads, and you are committed to going all-in with a full time effort, and you are ready to commit yourself to learning a well designed system, go with The Squad.

I have zero friends on this website other than goillini52. I answered the question and that's the truth. All things being equal (which they aren't) why would I chose fex over matt's group? No reason I can think of.

Travis being on welfare isn't a reflection of anyone but himself and his hypocrisy of making fun of others for being poor while his dinner was paid for by food stamps is a reflection of the type of leadership that exist in your organization.
