Problem is when they don't answer you can't tell if anyone is there maybe they are peeking through the peephole?
Sometimes you can see an eyeball looking through the peephole. That's when you wave at them.

I avoid urban areas with a heavy black population. That's looking for trouble,especially since 2020. Things have really changed. I will work the hood in rural areas. I've had some smart asses there.if I get any flack I just split. .

For instance I wish I could target all single woman but there's not enough names to stay busy in a small area . Single woman very open for life ins protection. I like working with the females also but the few times I have run DE leads, the male responders have bought just as well as the famles and the premiums have been considerably larger. Several at $150+ per month. The persitency has been even better than the females... So either what I have always assumed has been built on a bunch of myths or I have run into a lot of exceptions.

When it comes to cancer coverages,it does seem the frmales are easier to close but that is not the case with FE.

I think it's all in our heads that because females are the weaker sex, they're easier to sell to.

Could be. I say FE sales are usually based on emotions. Females are more emotional. Lots of times when I sit down with a couple the husband is usually a little stand offish, and I will usually have the wife help me close the deal.

On the other hand, if replacement is your business model, then logic would outweigh emotions. Men and women would behave the same with this business model.

I just said males... As far as black goes, I have very few clack FE clients from direct mail.. Seems they don't respond as much plus the black folk in my areea only make up about 0.8% to 3.8% of the population depending on the county.

Black males,50-60,especially single ones will NSF more often switch back to Term in a heartbeat.

Marrieds are ok as long as you have a policy with her.
