Final Expense Customer Service 2022

So you, yourself, order the leads straight from RGI? Doesn't pass through FEX's hands? Who is responsible to RGI for paying? ........yep, that's right...you buy them from FEX.

I know you got nothing so you misrepresent.

FEX handles the transaction because RGI requires it.

And that's only RGI. Many FEX agents are not using RGI so they don't have to handle it.

I understand that you can't handle that for your agents. But that doesn't make it bad that FEX can and will.

It costs Travis and Scott money to administer that program.

This is the 2nd time that I've seen you mention to Noah about being a trainer. I think you misunderstood something. "What if" conversations are just that. Nothing definite.

As far as what training and who...I'll let you stay in the dark on that one.

Reading comprehension is your friend, learn it.
I said I thought he was going to be your trainer.

I'm not in the dark about who does your non existent training.

He is wrong if he said that.
This is what he said back in 2014 and has said several times since:
True independence means you can contract anywhere, AND be released at will with no 6- month waiting period. That is what FEX offers and always has. FEX has additional training, lead programs and features if you put all your FF bus on the companies we offer through us. In exchange for that we give you as high or higher commissions as you can get anywhere else. That's as fair as it gets in this biz.

The recent blow up that you speak of was about cutting ties with one particular agent.

This is what he said back in 2014 and has said several times since:

OK, you want to interpret and represent. Show me the FEX contract language that I, or any FEX agent, has signed that says anything of the sort about being captive. Don't show me some nonsense taken out of context on a message board.

You can go back 8 years to find dirt to throw. Find actual contract language. Even what you dug up doesn't say FEX is captive. Even semi.

But you want to make it so. Time for some real contract language then. I'll be waiting.

I
JD, as far as I know, there are no contracts signed with FEX but that also means they aren't bound by anything and can make up the rules as they go. How is quoting what was actually posted throwing dirt? Don't know about you, but I take a person at their word and do not have to have a signed piece of paper to do what I agree to do.
