Jose, what response rate on FE DM pieces do you get in your area of Phoenix/Maricopa county ?

What percentage of them are spanish speakers ?

Yea most everyone speaks both languages, spanish only not so many... I know a guy that works right by the San Diego border area and he does not speak Spanish lol just today I was talking to him he was telling people the police but he meant policy
 
haha fex goons are greasier than my lawn mower. I'm not the one that came up with 63% close rate when all star status is 30~%. Nobody is doubting your production, as tons of people have hit those numbers, they're doubting the production of fe, on 20 leads week, which is hardly full time. Looks like travis found his lil posting replacement for us dummies.

Krobby look friend, I'd be glad to demonstrate for you I'll take you on a Ride Along it's not a problem.
where I get my leads from has provided me with 20 leads every week for over a year and a half now. So that statement can be easily verified the leadhouse. but there is other sources you might say well if I needed more leads I would simply increase the leads in that current lead house because they are good leads. In other words if I was taking more leads I would be taking them from there and I'm not and that is easy to prove

Maybe its a CA thing. I get 20% spanish speaking plus asian languages and 30% sometimes.
