Of course these agents are churning business. There is no doubt about that. And they validate it by finding a way that it's better for the customer.

2nd point is fex used the forum as a recruiting tool. Besides JD, they've have not had any of their agents on the forum (at least for as long as I can remember). Now they are just popping out of no where. Their are either lies about production or sent here to silently recruit, like they did with JD. Or maybe it's scott with multiple screen names or Travis' wife posting from prison lol

Honestly, it's nonsense like this that keeps me away from this forum. It's cool of you don't want people like me, I'll keep hanging out with FE agents on Facebook.

I'm here at the moment 90% to support my friend who is stepping into starting his own agency for the first time 10% to see if it's really worth my time to keep hanging out.

This forum, without exaggeration, saved my life when I was working for Combined and not able to figure out why I was selling and not making money. It prevented me from taking a poor contract that sneak stole my renewals and would have buried me in lead debt to my IMO. It pointed me in the direction of FEX as well as 360 and Todd King. FEX returned my call when Matt and Ben (when Ben was still with 360) didn't. I posted a bit back then but then the constant negativity drove me off. It wasn't even directed at me, it was just distasteful. It would be great if it was a place that I felt like I wanted to spend time.

I completely agree. People can see right through some of these guys. I can imagine how working with them would be shees. Its no wonder how many people are personal messaging us.

In my experience when an entire outfit does exceptionally better and above average than the general there is something going on, because in this business most things are equal.

Usually it is some kind of churning or replacing old clients to a cheaper company. For example moving RNA clients to KSKJ. But what do I know I am a ghost. But when you come on the forum to recruit and are using your above exceptional numbers to do it you better plan on getting questions. Saying "come out and I will train you" is a great line when the reality of it is zero agents will actually take you up on it although it makes it seem very legit.

Most things are not equal. The agent alone is the reason for the sale by a huge percent.
The entire outfit doing good is...like Basketball there's a lot of teams that play and there all good but to say the Lakers success or Bulls had nothing to do with Phill Jackson.
and just because NBA players are good doesn't mean they all can dunk from the free-throw line. The agents that CAN like JD mentioned in part two of his videos if you notice they are not on here discrediting because they have the ability to do the same. IMHO

Bro JD was the biggest discreditor of them all. Most things are equal except the agent and the work effort and attitude but, everything else is the same, none of you have some secret fairy dust even though you FEX guys like to act like you do. The leads are the same, the people are the same, the presentation is the same, (we all have JD's, Travis's, and TW's presentation), the companies are the same, the response rate is the same, etc etc. (yes give or take a little here or there all things are the same) So FEX just has fairy dust that puts the majority of there producer above and beyond everyone else on the forum and nationwide. Cmon man you really think we are all that naive? Hey I am happy for you if you are doing that much biz working 2 days in the field. If I had 10 years worth of business to roll to a cheaper KSKJ I would do it too, but I wouldn't make it seem different. We agree to disagree. Cool with me.

I would say it was thanks to the people talking with all that negative energy. Whether new agents will openly admit it or not believe me no one likes it. that's why the personal messages to me are non stop.

I stopped trying to recruit as soon as I found out it wasn't really allowed here, so all the rest is thanks to like I said the negative energy agents.

The biggest part of the sale is the agent its like 90% in my opinion, so I respectfully disagree that all things are the same. The arrows are the same but not the Indian.
I don't have ten years in this biz I have maybe three, I did hit the floor running and part of that is because I did not know about this forum and my head did not get filled with doubt .

I did not know 5-7K in AP was good I was not on any leaderboard or conference calls, you will think the bar is where they tell you and think that's all you can do... unless you don't know any better.

Again I'm my own agency CFC and we do not participate in any of my IMO's calls, groups or leaderboards.

I am ME whoever discredited or whatever you in the past I know nothing about I only speak for me.

This new business strategy on the forum for FEX makes complete sense so it's hard to knock:

1. Who knows all the details, but Travis's (the point person for FEX) family is in some type of legal trouble allegedly.

2. Potential agents (recruits) see that discussion here and it could pose some serious trust issues.

3. Introduce a new "face of the franchise" for FEX, proceed with recruiting and then everyone still slides under Travis/Scott; no harm no foul.

Don't take it personal fellas. I personally don't feel comfortable name calling and yelling "liar" from behind a computer screen to complete strangers.

After all, when the dust settles an intelligent person will be able to see through any smoke and mirrors if there is any. For whatever reason this is just a hard crowd to win over.

FWIW: Jordan and the Bulls in their hay day was the NBA at it's best. Now it's just unwatchable IMO.
