Oh dude. It's almost cute how naive you are about almost every insurance agency.in existence. There is a guy on Facebook with a sizable following who started offering training after his first 6 months.

I've never bought the argument that duration of one's tenure should govern one's pace of advancement. There is that old saying that some folks have x years experience, while others have 1 year of experience repeated x times. Imho, nowhere does that saying ring more true or play out more often than in the sales profession, regardless of product or service being sold.

oh I'm sorry, you must be the type to hold a man back instead of supporting him just because you want to keep him on your team.

What kind of backward thinking is that? Do you think a person needs to perform at a high level MORE than 3 years to teach someone else how to do the same. specially such a simple job its not rocket science.

yes I do know what some offer not all of them but I'm talking about the ones that offer less than what our organization offers

We offer the same contracts levels as FEX so I wouldn't say middleman if you're getting the exact same.
I don't know what other Imo's offer so I can't speak to that, but I do know that people leave them all the time to join FEX and now CFC as well.
We do bring something special to the table more one-on-one personal training especially for people on the west coast they don't have to fly across the country they can just come to Arizona or California for their training.

I did start with Travis Tubbs presentation and it is the best presentation I've ever heard.
it is Rock Solid and time-tested proven itself over and over to create success. Mine included.

My presentation is different today then when I started, it is different by at least 60% or more I've Been Told.

So my training IS quite unique and different, that was the whole point to create something different and special to take those agents that are stuck in the 100-150k and help them learn to get to 200 and 250k+

People don't believe the numbers i put up because they are different... as is CFC

That's hilarious. The presentation is almost word for word one of the written presentations off the fex website.

Don't like the appointment setting script though. Too wordy.

Have no problem with what you are doing and wish you all the success in the world... However, just because you offer FEX's street does not mean you aren't a middle man.. You are proof that FEX will do better than street but if a person signs up under you then they can't get those levels that you receive. There are a lot of reasons to deal with a "middle" man.. I have a couple of contracts where I could have gotten a few more points going direct but I just happen to like the guys I deal with.
