How come all you guys who post on here who used to write FE face to face and are currently off the street marketing the product never mention or discuss why you got off the street ?

How come marketers remain coy and suspiciously silent about their transition to being an agency builder ?

Why did you start an agency ?

Did you cave in because you couldn't be away from the wife ?

Was she having hissy fits because she couldn't have her thumb on you ?

Did you crumble,cave in because you couldn't hack running FE leads face to face day in and day out ?

Could you look down the road 10-20 years and say to yourself "I think I can do this forever,no problem ! "

Easy easy,right ?

Aside from starting an agency,how do these questions impact,effect the telesales side of selling FE ?

Who's gonna melt down and wash out of the business first,a telesales agent or a field agent ?

Please help me understand.

I grew up in Palm Beach county. Very wealthy area. Lots of snobby assholes.

Wether anyone wants to believe it or not there's been a huge migration to fe telesales the last 3 yrs . It's different than 2015-2020 . In those days you had foreign telemarketers cold calling people and transferring the calls . Persistency was terrible as the people called really had little interest . Apparently tons of seniors are on the net setting appointments on calandars . Most of the competitive carriers allow telesales . There's so many outfits doing now so it must work .

Were I have no doubt a face to face has bf advantage is retention on nsf's . Many clients will simply never answer the phone . A face to face can door knock . The appeal is obviously a lot of agents are tired of windshield time , being stood up and tired of door knocking . No question you can give many many more presentations per day .

Live TV transfers eliminate the problem of no one picking up the phone. And you're correct that telesales works. Otherwise all of the FE carriers would have stopped by now.

He's talking about the 60% advance so that charge backs come off the back end and not out of his advances. Sr Life will not let any agent start lower than 90%.
